Pharmacies, Physician or Health Clinic
人力资源 has partnered with Anthem and CVS Caremark to provide a convenient free flu shot program. Other vaccines may be available for a fee, please check with the pharmacy or provider prior to receiving the vaccination. All employees and family members (7 years of age and older) covered by the University’s Anthem/CVS Caremark health plans can receive flu shots from participating pharmacies during their normal operating hours. In most cases, flu shots will be available 7 days per week. 更多信息见下文.
