Student Tuition Appeals and Late Drops

Under the rules regarding deadlines for drops or withdrawals, 如果学生在开课前放弃(取消注册)整个学期(14周)的课程，学生通常有权获得100%的学费退款, 如果所有课程在学期第二周的星期五之前退课，则退还80%的学费, 本学期第二周星期五以后退课的，学费不予退还. Add/Drop dates vary for some courses, based on course length and/or start-end dates, 如课程注册系统中的课程信息所示.

How to Submit a Tuition Appeal

Student submitting a tuition appeal: Follow these 5 steps:

2. Step 2: Fill out a tuition appeal form.

Circumstances that Support an Appeal

• Significant illness or injury* that prevented the student from attending class, completing assignments, or necessitated withdraw from all classes or the university. 上诉必须包括完整的大学医疗证明表格. (See return from withdraw for medical rea儿子s section below.)

Students seeking to drop one or more classes, but not all classes, can withdraw through the My俄亥俄州 Student Center.

• insufficient financial aid and/or financial hardship
• not being aware of add/drop deadlines
• dropping courses to avoid low grades

• dissatisfaction with instructor or course content
