The event will host guest artists and engage both current students and prospective students in masterclasses, 研讨会, 和性能.
This will be a day long event. Guests artists (violin/viola/cello/bass) will work with current OU students in masterclasses and 教育研讨会. Current faculty will work with prospective students, 教育研讨会, and lead rehearsals for the concert. The concert will consist of three parts. 第一个, 一个大的, easy orchestral work which includes all participants (prospective students, current OU students, 教员, and guest artists). Second, a chamber orchestra work comprised of current OU students, faculty, and guest artists. The final component will include faculty and guest artist performances.
